Tricky Treats

Last week I came across these cute printables from The TomKat Studio.

What a fun way to get to know your neighbors! I've heard of this idea before, but it was my family's first year trying it. We made special treats for the occasion, Nutter Butter Ghosts! To make these, all you need to do is melt almond bark in a microwave safe bowl, dip the tops of the Nutter Butter Cookies into the melted almond bar, and use mini chocolate chips for eyes, and a regular chocolate chip for the mouth. After I finished, I thought mini M&M's for eyes and a regular M&M for a mouth would have been cuter....oh well!

Here are a few other ideas for cute and yummy treat ideas if you decide to do this yourself!

Monster Brownies from Amanda's Cookin'. I absolutely ADORE these!

Ghosty Strawberries from The Kitchn

Too cute Halloween Candy Skewers from Red Couch Recipes

itty bitty candy corn cookies from Betty Crocker

Caramel Apple Sugar Cookies from My Kind of Crafts....did you know Hershey's had a caramel apple kiss????

Well, I hope you are drooling sufficiently, I'm sure any neighbor would appreciate one of these tasty treats!
